Poncho or a skirt
My Grand daughter Cecilia's 5th birthday is April 1st. I decided to make her this Poncho/skirt for her birthday gift. I made it in Acrylic yarn thinking it would be easy for mom wash and wear. I had read online that you can steam acrylic to block it and this poncho/skirt would need that to open up the lace. I read it sets it permently and yes it works!!! :) This is wonderful for me because I knit for children and most moms dont have the time to block them later. I pray it fits her and will post pictures of her wearing it if I can later. Thanks for looking! Here is the link on Ravelry for the pattern http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/pixie-6
